Oregon Counties
  • Multnomah
  • Clackamas
  • Washington
  • Marion
  • Columbia
  • Linn
  • Benton
Oregon Cities
  • Portland and all cities in unincorporated areas in Multnomah County.
  • Lake Oswego, Milwaukie.  All other cities in Clackamas County should only register for the county system
  • Tigard.  All other cities in Washington County should only register for the county system.
